Bad Books & Completing shipping

Alright folks, as a reminder please check the books when they reach you. If you have bad books with pages out of order, send pics to [email protected] so we can get you a replacement copy!
If you have supplied pics of bad books, your replacements went out last night!
All U.S. orders, besides Retailer orders are now shipped!
All Non U.S. orders besides Retailer orders will be shipped by Friday!
Retailer rewards will ship by or before the end of next week!

Checking Them Twice

OK, folks. Check your books, per the last update. If you find major flaws, such as the mis-bound pages, take pics and send them to [email protected]. That way I can get a look at them and get replacements out for books that have true printing flaws, and Appendix N can get reimbursement from the printer for books that are truly bad. I am going to hold off on shipping the remainder until the end of the weekend so I can get out any that are found in that time and check the books, again, for bad printing before sending out another one.

Check Your Books

Well... at this point I should probably just change the name of the book to "Murphy's Law", what with all of the printer errors. We have a problem with at least one Creature Companion in the wild. One backer received a book that has pages out of order. That is, pages facing wrong pages. I am going to post pics. If you have this same issue, please contact me. If you provide proof, we will ship you a replacement. That said, I have checked the remainder of the books and none have this problem. I am hoping it is a one-off problem.
In better news, TONIGHT we will have shipped all U.S. orders and some of the international ones (sans Retailer pledges which will go out last.) Through this weekend I believe we will have ALL pledges shipped, with Retailer packages likely going out Monday.

Alright folks!
Duck zines are in, Merchant Zines are in and I have enough good copies in house to get out to all of the indivicual backers. What's more is that Mixam is reprinting the bad books now and I should have those copies in hand directly after I finish individual backer shipping to get out to shops and distro! Even better, I now had my Shipstation account and Backerkit linked for shipping. This was needed and the two didn't like each other when I attempted to link of the weekend. My Shipstation account locked me out because it thought the account was being hacked. All of this is now resolved and I am starting shipping tonight after the day job!
Regarding Drivethrurpg and PDFs: I am also fixing some typos some of you found in the books. The 4 that cropped up in the PDFs are pretty minor, and unfortunately will be in the hard copies. I am fixing that in the PDFs both on backerkit and the copies that will be on DTRPG. DTRPG copies will go out after physical shipping. I am going to issue a reward survey HERE on Kickstarter for the DTRPG emails. It is easier to integrate that information to get your copies to you from the list that can be generated on KS than what I can do with BK. So that poll will be going out later today.
