Hello everyone.
Good news first, I have received the print run of 450 Creature Companions!
The bad news here is that 135 of these are bad the print shop ran 135 out of a different paper than the rest, causing them to be thicker books than the others. This heavier paper cause binding and trimming issues (due to being outside of the parameters of our margins and bleeds used for the correct paper/binding.) We have addressed this with the printer and SHOULD be getting replacements. That said, we have enough good books to deliver to individual backers (retail and distro may have to wait.)
We have also received the "Merchant" zine stretch goal.
The bad news here is that the Dungeon Ducks zine should have been to us first, and is lost with UPS. This means we have to wait for the printer's dispute with UPS about the missing zines to be resolved and get a new print run (unless UPS finds the zines) before we can ship any rewards since the zine was a stretch goal on this KS.
I expect this all to get resolved quickly and to be shipping by some time next week.

Hey all! My orders from the printer for all new books are due in any day now.
The better news, all digital rewards have been distributed as of tonight via Backerkit! You should have email notifications showing the files are ready for download. Check your spam folders if you do not see an email.

We finally have a proof! From the binder that will be putting the book together in the states no less! See the pics. At this point we are looking at about roughly 2 weeks before shipments begin to be made!

A couple of important points in this one. First. I can FINALLY see tracking info from Royal Mail on one of the proofs. Unfortunately the only thing that it shows since Feb. 3rd is that it left the UK. That said, In the meantime the printer replaced the US based binding machine and is issuing me a proof using that at no extra charge (being that it will now be the machine that the print run is bound with! They estimate 1-2 weeks tops for it to be in my hands, then we will run the full print run. I have submitted a new file to them as I replaced one of Evlyn's creature pics with one that she released at the beginning of the year that I felt capture what I felt from the original even better.
All of this said, I am also placing the orders on the two bonus zines, Ducks and Merchant. I SHOULD have everything in hand within 3-4 weeks and begin shipping as soon as possible once they are all in hand! As soon as I know that all files print properly I will begin issuing PDFs.
