Unanswered Surveys, Printing and Shipping

Good morning all! A few things in this update.
First, 10 of you have yet to answer Backerkit surveys. We have held the surveys open for an extra 2 weeks at this point. Reminders have been going out from backerkit and directly from myself. As per today's email, if you have not filled out the survey by tomorrow, Dec. 15th, 2023, we cannot guarantee your rewards will be fulfilled. The surveys have been open since the end of October, which has given ample time to have them completed.
Second, we are looking at a print delay. I ordered a printer proof of a, not fully edited version of the book just before orders were to be locked down. I am hearing from the printer that I will not see this until sometime during OR AFTER, the holidays. The current estimate is between Christmas and New Year, but it could go out longer than that into the first week of the year. That said, I will not order your copies of the book until I can confirm it is correct. Upon my receipt (and verification the proof is right). While we wait I will get one more round of edits in.
Third, I will be sending out PDFs. Upon receipt of backer copies of the books, I will begin shipping. At this time it looks like shipping will begin sometime in mid-January. I apologize for the delay. The "2 Weeks" I was quoted for the proof copy turned into more like a month.
Fourth, If you are a DCC player as well as OSE, we are going to be launching a DCC conversion of this product sometime in the near future, converted stats and revision of abilities by Donn Stroud. Petty Gods will not be present in the appendices, as Patrons/Deities work quite differently in DCC. There is also a chance we will do a 5E conversion, if there is enough interest. Additionally, only this printing of Creature Companion will feature the Petty Gods. They will be moved to a book on Gods, with many more deities in the future.

Backerkit Follow Up

It is not Monday Dec. 5th. We are past our deadline to lock down orders by 5 days, but we still do not have all backers locked in. This is a problem. We are still missing 19 backers on the surveys in Backerkit so we can lock things down and get books ordered. I will leave things open until this weekend, or all backers have completed their surveys, whichever comes first. If you have not seen the link from Backerkit, please check your spam emails!

Hey folks!
The core text is going through editing at the moment! We should be ready to get the main book to print soon!
That said, only 92% of backers have completed the Backerkit surveys and they close THIS WEEK. That leaves 23 backers not having filled out their surveys. Please get yours completed if you have not. Without it, I cannot deliver your rewards when I get books in, or pdfs if you are a digital backer! Please get your surveys filled out!
Also, don't forget, if you know someone who missed out on the KS, we have a preorder store open until the Backerkit surveys are closed!

Alright folks!
Surveys have been sent via Backerkit! If you do not see one in your email, please check your spam folder! A reminder that if you backed for physical goods, you are getting a physcial copy of both the Dungeon Ducks and Merchant zines that are available as add ons. These were stretch goals, per update #13. Feel free to add them to your order anyway! This will be the only time these zines are printed.
If you know of anyone that wants to get in and was not able to during the KS, please share the preorder store with them!
